Not everyone has a Garage to store a motorbike, sometimes you have it under a tarp or maybe in a shed in the bottom of the garden If you have to put your motorbike in a small space, it can be a real challenge especially when you have to move them around within a confined space. Fear not I found a solution to solve this problem. The problem starts trying to park your motorbike as close to the wall as possible. The side stand on most bikes is located on the left-hand side so getting off the bike close to a wall is already a challenge. Putting your motorbike on the main stand is still not getting you closer to the wall. That\'s where the motorbike dollies really come in handy. All you have to do is put the dolly under your motorcycle and put your bike on the main stand. My particular model has a lever that would take the two back casters off the ground for more stability during the loading and as a break when you park the bike in the final parking position.
Moving the bike around is effortless. A real time saver.
Most Motorbike dollies are made of steel with 4 castors attached to each corner. The quality varies, and so does the price. My eBay purchase was 47 inc. Delivery and I\'m delighted with the quality. Of course, you can spend up to 150 for something a little more flashy. I recommend looking around and checking out other suppliers. It is a personal choice. Check out my video to see how easy it is to use the dolly. No idea why it took me so long to think about this solution. One final thought about the castors. Make sure you check the weight capacity of the unit compared to the weight of your motorbike. If you encounter issues, aftermarket casters are widely available in most hardware supply stores.
